  • The delivered work does not match the agreed brief.

Refund requests must be submitted through Jokiproyek’s official contact.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • A down payment has been made and the project has started.
  • Incorrect or incomplete project information was provided.
  • Digital products have been delivered.
  • Delays were caused by client negligence.

To request a refund, clients must:

  2. Provide a clear reason for the refund request.
  3. Wait for verification from the Jokiproyek team.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Funds are returned using the original payment method.

6. Administrative Fees

In certain cases, administrative or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
