1. Services

JokiProyek provides custom IT product development services, including but not limited to:

  • Website development
  • Mobile application development
  • UI/UX design
  • Data science projects
  • Internet of Things (IoT) solutions
  • Other digital products based on client requests

All services are delivered based on mutually agreed requirements and specifications with the client.

2. Order Process

  1. The client submits a project request through the website form.
  2. JokiProyek contacts the client via WhatsApp for discussion and negotiation.
  3. The scope of work, pricing, and timeline are agreed upon by both parties.
  4. The client makes a down payment (DP) or full payment as agreed.
  5. JokiProyek works on the project and provides previews or progress reports.
  6. The final product is delivered after full payment is completed.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment before work begins
  • Down payment (DP) with final payment after project completion

The payment scheme is determined based on agreement prior to project execution.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and accurate project requirements and information.
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that provided data or materials do not violate laws or third-party rights.

Delays or inaccurate information may affect the project completion timeline.

5. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon by both parties and may affect cost and delivery time.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be issued if work has not yet started.
  • No refunds are available after the down payment (DP) has been made and the project has started.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of the final product is transferred after full payment is completed. JokiProyek reserves the right to display the work as part of its portfolio.

8. Limitation of Liability

JokiProyek shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Service Termination

Services may be terminated if the client violates these terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
